What You'll Do10
- 1Build and oversee functional design activities aligned with client objectives and industry standards to deliver actionable programs
- 2Design and implement application and data conversion strategies for nuclear and power generation environments
- 3Lead development and testing of functional designs for innovative business solutions and components with measurable impact
- 4Drive project milestones by coordinating cross functional teams in high pressure settings
- 5Scale and manage application implementations and test plans with a focus on quality and compliance
- 6Lead client development efforts including marketing, proposals, and compelling client presentations
- 7Oversee work planning scheduling and maintenance processes to improve asset reliability
- 8Coordinate with Maximo and other enterprise systems to enable data driven decisions
- 9Ensure configurations and asset management practices meet regulatory requirements
- 10Travel as needed to deliver client value and project outcomes
Requirements10
- 1At least 5 years of experience in power generation preferably nuclear or power plant industry
- 2At least 3 years of experience leading client facing teams and building business strategies
- 3Strong familiarity with emerging technologies in the nuclear sector such as AI predictive maintenance tools or digital twins
- 4Expertise in nuclear work management including work planning scheduling and maintenance processes
- 5Familiarity with nuclear asset management equipment reliability and configuration control
- 6Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 12 years work experience
- 7Bonus points for leadership collaboration problem solving and information systems experience
- 8Strong leadership and communication skills in written and oral
- 9Experience with Maximo or similar enterprise asset management systems
- 10Willingness to travel 0 100% as required by project
