Overview
Lead a technical electrical engineering team supporting nuclear design across projects and client collaborations. Own unit quality, project budgets, and schedules while mentoring engineers and driving client relationships. Work alongside PMs and senior engineers to deliver reliable power systems for nuclear and energy sector clients. Requirements9
- 1Bachelor`s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 26+ years in design engineering in power generation or nuclear power
- 32+ years as a group lead or supervisor
- 4Professional Engineering License
- 5Ability to travel up to 10%
- 6Experience with project budgets and schedules
- 7Strong written and verbal communication
- 8Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
- 9Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Salary Insight
$108 - $204k per year
