- 8Drive workforce planning and professional development for engineering staff
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years experience
- 2Professional Engineer license preferred
- 3Expertise in medium and low voltage power systems and life science facility designs
- 4Proven track record managing engineering teams and driving performance
- 5Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional life science client teams
- 6Experience creating electrical design staffing estimates
- 7Master's degree optional but advantageous
- 8Proficiency with Revit software
- 9Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- 10Passion for building design and construction
Salary Insight
$160 - $220k per year
