PMO Director, Enterprise Project Governance & Contract Management
Overview
Own enterprise project governance and contract management for SiloSmashers at scale across multiple contracts. Lead the PMO to standardize methodologies, drive staffing and technical competency throughout projects, and provide executive visibility into performance and risk. Build knowledge management, reporting, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Finance HR Growth and Tech leads. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership and requires strong executive communication and cross-functional coordination.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead the PMO to establish templates SOPs tools and ensure disciplined project management practices across all contracts
- 2Coordinate contract kickoffs onboarding and orientation for projects and new hires and participate in kickoff meetings
- 3Oversee monthly quarterly Contract Management Reviews with executive stakeholders including COO CGO HR and Finance
- 4Drive enterprise risk management and participate in spend plan reviews forecasting and funding adjustments
- 5Lead portfolio prioritization and resource allocation and balance competing demands for personnel and budget
- 6Ensure all contract deliverables meet requirements quality standards and customer expectations
- 7Review CRS and CPARS data evaluate customer health trends identify escalation paths and close gaps
- 8Ensure 100% invoice accuracy following reviews with Finance before CEO signature
- 9Coordinate technical recruiting with Contract Managers align with contract requirements and staffing priorities
- 10Develop and maintain an enterprise knowledge repository and improve reporting transparency and executive visibility
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Project Management IT or related field or equivalent experience
- 2PMP or equivalent certification
- 3Proven experience leading enterprise or multi-project PMO functions in federal contracting or professional services
- 4Extensive experience in contract management project delivery oversight and cross-functional coordination with Finance HR and Growth
- 5Strong understanding of project management methodologies contract lifecycle management and QA practices
- 6Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and external customers
Salary Insight
$160 - $170k per year
