Project Manager, Enterprise Onboarding & IT Delivery
Overview
Own end-to-end program management for enterprise onboarding and IT delivery within technology services at scale. Lead cross-functional teams to accelerate onboarding, minimize risk, and ensure successful platform operations for complex e-commerce environments. Work with delivery teams and senior client leaders to align execution with strategic goals. What You'll Do5
- 1Build end-to-end onboarding programs spanning onboarding, integration, and go-live for enterprise clients
- 2Own risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance to ensure successful delivery milestones
- 3Design and drive project plans, timelines, and governance for multi-team initiatives
- 4Lead weekly executive steering meetings with clients and internal leaders to align on progress and blockers
- 5Ship actionable initiatives within the first 90 days to reduce onboarding time and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements5
- 17+ years of experience in program management, enterprise onboarding, or IT delivery management within technology services
- 2Experience in driving onboarding programs for ecommerce platforms or IT delivery environments
- 3Strong ownership mindset with demonstrated ability to identify gaps and deliver solutions
- 4Excellent communication with technical teams and senior client leaders
- 5Proven ability to work independently in a fast-moving, onsite contract role
