Program Manager, IT Software Delivery & PMO
Overview
Owns program and project planning for IT/software delivery at scale within a hybrid delivery environment. Leads cross functional teams across multiple projects, aligning business goals with technical execution. Partners with stakeholders to communicate risk, status, and milestones to executives. This role is onsite in Dallas with a contract engagement.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead end to end program planning and governance across multiple software delivery projects
- 2Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations to ensure on time, within scope delivery
- 3Drive risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications for executive reviews
- 4Develop and track program metrics, roadmaps, and milestones to inform decision making
- 5Mentor and influence teams on Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches
- 6Facilitate program level planning ceremonies and cross team alignment
- 7Own reporting to PMO and senior leadership with clear, actionable insights
Requirements5
- 1Strong experience with Agile Scrum Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models
- 2Proficiency with PM/PPM tools and dashboards
- 3Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
- 4PMP PgMP CSM or SAFe certification preferred
- 5Onsite role in Dallas Texas with contract engagement
