Senior Project Manager, IT & Data Strategy
Overview
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT initiatives using Agile Hybrid and Waterfall approaches. Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and deliver measurable business outcomes. Mentor cross‑functional teams and partner with senior leadership to align projects with enterprise strategy.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own and ship multiple concurrent high‑complexity projects across ERP data strategy and infrastructure domains
- 2Apply advanced project management principles to plan budget schedule and execute deliveries
- 3Identify and mitigate risks early while maintaining alignment with governance standards
- 4Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and documentation standards
- 5Provide leadership to matrixed teams including internal staff vendors and consultants
- 6Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple initiatives
- 7Develop comprehensive project plans work breakdown structures and delivery roadmaps
- 8Maintain accurate project documentation status reports and dashboards
- 9Lead project meetings coordinate tasks and track action items
- 10Plan go‑live cutover and post‑implementation support activities
- 11Manage scope changes through formal change control processes
Requirements10
- 15+ years building IT projects with PMP certification
- 27+ years managing projects within an IT environment
- 3ERP implementations and upgrades experience
- 4Data strategy analytics platforms and execution expertise
- 5Cloud platform services and cybersecurity initiatives
- 6Agile Hybrid and Waterfall methodologies proficiency
- 7Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- 8Detail oriented with excellent presentation skills
- 9Ability to work independently and collaborate in matrixed environments
- 10Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
