Senior Project Manager, Business Operations
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our Business Operations team. This role will be responsible for leading and delivering cross-functional projects and programs across Business Systems IT and Security. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead end-to-end project and program management for initiatives across Business Systems IT and Security
- 2Define project scope goals timelines and deliverables aligned with business objectives
- 3Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and budgets
- 4Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Operations IT Security Cloud Ops Finance HR and external vendors
- 5Identify risks dependencies and issues implement and communicate mitigation strategies proactively
- 6Ensure projects adhere to governance compliance and security standards
- 7Track and report on project progress KPIs and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- 8Facilitate project meetings status updates and ELT communications
- 9Drive process improvements and standardization across project management practices
- 10Manage change control processes and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and tools
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology or a related field
- 23 + years of experience in project or program management
- 3Strong understanding of project management methodologies Agile Waterfall or hybrid
- 4PMP Certified Scrum Agile or equivalent certification preferred
- 5Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 6Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- 7Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- 8Solid understanding of business systems CRM ERP IT infrastructure and security frameworks
- 9Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- 10Experience with project management tools Jira Asana Smartsheet
- 11Familiarity with AI tools and Large Language Models LLMs ChatGPT Copilot Claude
