Lead large complex programs across technology and business functions delivering measurable outcomes. What You'll Do8
- 1Partner with stakeholders across Technology Insurance and Healthcare domains
- 2Manage highly complex projects through full product development and Go to Market lifecycle
- 3Build and maintain integrated project plans and development roadmaps owning schedules deliverables and accountability
- 4Define success criteria and KPIs produce regular reporting communicate status variances and mitigation strategies
- 5Collaborate with Technology Resource Managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial management participation in capacity and demand planning
- 6Work with Business stakeholders to incorporate Go to Market milestones into overall project plan support successful product launches
- 7Facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation across cross-functional teams identify and recommend process improvements lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to PMO best practices
- 8Perform data analysis relevant to project tasks and decision-making ensure compliance with corporate and public regulations
Requirements8
- 1Extensive experience 10+ years in Business or IT PMO or related project management roles
- 2Project governance certification e.g. PMP Agile required
- 3Knowledge of Agile methodologies and process improvement strategies
- 4Proven experience managing cloud technology projects and infrastructure
- 5Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and project planning for Go to Market strategies
- 6Advanced skills in resource allocation data analysis and negotiation
- 7Exceptional communication skills written verbal presentation documentation
- 8Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environment adapt to changing priorities and engage senior and executive stakeholders
