Project Manager, AI-Driven Initiatives & Healthcare PMO
Overview
Owns strategic initiatives end to end at scale, aligning scope, schedule, and budget across IT and business teams. Leads a multidisciplinary project team from initiation to delivery, ensuring blockers are removed and momentum maintained. Partners with stakeholders to translate strategic intent into measurable results, driving operational efficiency and enterprise transformation. Contributes to PMO maturity through process improvement and innovation.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet objectives and funding constraints
- 2Define scope and deliverables and track progress using Gantt charts and RAID logs
- 3Confer with stakeholders and product owners to outline dependencies and assignments for clear planning
- 4Take projects from concept to implementation or mid-flight reallocation to stay on track and deliver results
- 5Produce and maintain artifacts and dashboards for visibility and reporting to leadership
- 6Lead enterprise wide projects and mentor PMs to improve performance and consistency
- 7Develop training materials and onboarding strategies for new project managers
- 8Create clear status reporting and presentations for multiple levels of leadership
- 9Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve blockers and manage risk
- 10Drive continuous improvement in PMO tools, methods, and governance
Requirements5
- 1Two years experience in project related activities in corporate environment for PM Level or six years for Sr PM Level
- 2Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent with PMI certification or directly related experience
- 3Experience delivering projects on time and within budget with cross functional teams
- 4Strong communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills across management levels
- 5Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies and ability to apply to project scope
