Project Manager, Quality Control & Cross-Functional Delivery
Overview
Lead strategic, cross-functional projects in a hybrid setting with on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery. Own project planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement across multiple concurrent initiatives. Collaborate with vendors, contractors and internal teams to align with business goals and quality standards. This role emphasizes proactive leadership, clear communication, and meticulous execution in a healthcare benefits administration environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the project team ensuring on time delivery, within scope and within budget
- 2Facilitate defining project scope, objectives, deliverables & timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- 3Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling and risk management
- 4Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration around requirements and ensuring clarity of roles
- 5Lead the rhythm of monitoring progress, adjusting plans as needed, and communicating updates to stakeholders
- 6Manage project risks by identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies
- 7Coordinate with third party vendors, contractors and consultants as needed
- 8Conduct post-mortem evaluations and create reports to document successes & lessons learned
Requirements7
- 15+ years' experience leading large scale, concurrent projects as a primary PM
- 2PMP certification preferred
- 3Experience managing quality control/assurance, software development and business analysis
- 4Foster relationships with key stakeholders & manage expectations
- 5Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time & within budget
- 6Clear & effective communicator with strong interpersonal relationship skills
- 7Proficient in MS Office suite, including MS Project, Visio & SharePoint
