Project Manager, Enterprise Portfolio & Cross-Functional Delivery
Overview
You will manage project tasks, schedules, and deliverables for enterprise-level initiatives, working under Enterprise Portfolio Value Managers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and own tracking and communication from planning through execution. This role suits a PM who thrives on structure, clear milestones, and stakeholder alignment. You will apply PMP principles to real projects in a hybrid environment, with direct exposure to portfolio governance.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and maintain project schedules, task lists, and deliverables, tracking progress against milestones.
- 2Coordinate cross-functional activities across teams, ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities.
- 3Resolve project issues by escalating risks and facilitating decisions with stakeholders.
- 4Communicate status updates to Enterprise Portfolio Value Managers, highlighting blockers.
- 5Apply PMP methodologies to manage scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- 6Document project decisions, meeting notes, and action items for transparency.
- 7Assist in planning and executing project phases, from initiation to closeout.
Requirements6
- 12+ years of project management experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
- 2PMP certification or equivalent demonstrated application of project management principles.
- 3Experience with project scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project or Jira.
- 4Strong ability to track and report on project metrics and milestones.
- 5Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- 6Hybrid work capability in Merrifield, Virginia, with onsite presence as required.
Salary Insight
$98 - $139k per year
