Own payroll processing for a large multi‑state, union and non‑union workforce at a fully onsite location. Scale is 1,000+ employees nationwide with weekly payroll cycles. You will join a Payroll Department delivering accurate compensation while ensuring regulatory compliance. This role offers stability and a local, on‑site work environment. You’ll collaborate across teams and drive accurate payroll outcomes.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and process a large weekly payroll for multi‑state union and non‑union employees
- 2Ensure accuracy of payroll for hourly and salaried staff
- 3Adhere to federal and state regulations and internal controls
- 4Troubleshoot compensation issues and resolve employee inquiries
- 5Collaborate with HR and finance to maintain data integrity across payroll systems
- 6Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance
- 7Support year‑end processes and benefits administration
- 8Contribute to process improvements in payroll workflows
- 9Cross‑train teammates to ensure coverage during peak periods

Requirements6
- 1Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 25+ years of payroll experience with an ADP product
- 3Must have experience with union payroll
- 4Multi‑state payroll experience required
- 5Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
- 6Strong teamwork mentality and willingness to go over and above as needed
