Join a dynamic office as a Part Time Office Manager overseeing daily operations and front desk coverage on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9AM to 5PM. What You'll Do8
- 1Welcome visitors and manage the front desk experience, coordinating deliveries and handling badge access requests
- 2Prepare meeting rooms for internal gatherings, ensuring they are set up and ready for use throughout the day

- 4Track supply levels, place orders for office essentials, and keep materials stocked for employees and visitors
- 5Support accounts payable tasks and routine office coordination as part of general administrative duties
- 6Maintain kitchen and common-area readiness, including coffee setup and hospitality needs
- 7Communicate with employees, guests, and vendors to resolve questions and keep office operations moving without disruption
- 8Use Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams to coordinate schedules, messages, and administrative activities
Requirements8
- 11+ years of experience in office administration, front desk coordination, or reception
- 2Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and confident presence
- 3Proven organizational abilities and a proactive approach to handling office needs before issues arise
- 4Experience ordering, monitoring, and maintaining office supplies in a business setting
- 5Familiarity with basic administrative processes, including exposure to accounts payable support
- 6Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams; comfort with Word and Excel is helpful
- 7Ability to work effectively in an office environment and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision
