What You'll Do8

  • 1Welcome employees, guests, and visitors upon arrival with a professional demeanor
  • 2Manage the main reception area and provide consistent front desk coverage
  • 3Answer incoming calls, identify the right contact, and direct calls to the correct person
  • 4Use internal systems to locate employees and retrieve necessary information
  • 5Enter and monitor administrative service requests through ServiceNow
  • 6Complete general clerical and administrative assignments as needed
  • 7Operate standard office equipment, including printers and other front-office technology
  • 8Assist with special projects and day-to-day office requests

Requirements8

  • 12+ years in a corporate office, administrative, receptionist, or customer-facing role preferred
  • 2Entry-level candidates considered with strong office, computer, and communication skills
