Workplace Experience Coordinator, Front Desk & Events
Overview
You own the front-of-house experience for a CBRE corporate campus, welcoming employees and guests with a polished, service-first approach. You handle Microsoft Office requests, event logistics, and work orders, partnering with vendors and security to keep operations seamless. This role puts you at the center of daily workplace interactions, with clear procedures and a collaborative team. You will shape first impressions and drive satisfaction across the building.
What You'll Do9
- 1Greet employees and guests at the front desk, issue visitor and parking passes, and follow building security protocols.
- 2Answer the main phone line, route calls, and take detailed messages with professionalism.
- 3Create and deliver presentations for internal groups using PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
- 4Coordinate event spaces, including room setup, teardown, and supply delivery for on-site meetings and gatherings.
- 5Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders through tracking systems, following up to ensure resolution.
- 6Process mail, office supplies, and onboarding requests for new hires.
- 7Resolve employee and guest inquiries with a customer-focused approach, escalating issues when necessary.
- 8Coordinate vendor services for workplace needs, from catering to equipment maintenance.
- 9Follow emergency and safety procedures, notifying the right teams to keep everyone secure.
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years related workplace or front desk experience.
- 2Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- 3Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 4Clear verbal and written communication skills for guest and team interactions.
- 5Ability to follow detailed procedures and work under general supervision.
- 6Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
