- 6Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed

- 8Resolve inquiries or complaints with professional customer service focus
- 9Organize on‑site events including setup teardown and supply delivery
- 10Follow property security and emergency procedures to protect occupants
- 11Communicate with vendors to supply goods and services
- 12Explain complex information clearly within team guidelines
Requirements7
- 15+ years building coordination experience with Microsoft Office proficiency
- 2High School Diploma or GED with up to two years of relevant experience
- 3Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information
- 4Ability to follow established work routines and standards
- 5Experience using Spark and Airflow for data pipeline development
- 6Proven ability to organize events and manage logistics independently
