Workplace Experience Coordinator - CBRE
Overview
You will own the front-of-house experience for CBRE's San Francisco office, connecting employees to services through tech-enabled tools and high-touch support. You will coordinate daily workplace services, from visitor management and event support to vendor coordination and safety protocols, using Host software and Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with facilities, janitorial, and security teams to maintain a seamless, welcoming office environment. This role stands out by blending hospitality with operational problem-solving, where you can turn any request into a positive resolution.
What You'll Do10
- 1Greet employees, announce clients and visitors, and conduct guest registration through badging software to issue visitor passes and validate parking.
- 2Direct incoming calls to appropriate parties and respond to customer requests and complaints with accurate, thorough information within the first 90 days.
- 3Submit janitorial and maintenance work orders and communicate with facilities or janitorial partners to address workspace issues promptly.
- 4Assist with light duty adjustments such as adjusting monitor arms, tightening chair screws, and managing cables under desks.
- 5Support meeting setups, furniture resets, and delivery of temporary equipment and supplies, including temporary signage when needed.
- 6Curate and administer the Host platform and client materials to align with company brand guidelines and digital content standards.
- 7Maintain integrity of databases, support data entry for reports, and use digital tools for service delivery compliance.
- 8Follow security and emergency procedures, respond to emergencies calmly, and summon assistance as per operating procedures.
- 9Support the Experience Services team with expense management, meeting coordination, equipment care, and supply management.
- 10Collaborate with vendors, conduct facility orientations, and provide overviews of the Host Experience service to new employees.
Requirements10
- 11+ year in front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
- 2High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook).
- 4Basic knowledge of financial terms and ability to calculate simple figures.
- 5Comfortable with new technologies and digital tools including apps, databases, and mobile technologies.
- 6Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- 7Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing office needs.
- 8Warm, engaging demeanor with ability to empathize and offer help.
- 9Ability to stand for long periods, walk, reach, bend, stoop, push, and lift up to 20 lbs frequently and 40 lbs occasionally.
- 10Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
