What You'll Do8

  • 1Manage front-office activities by greeting visitors, handling inbound calls, and sorting mail to keep daily operations on track.
  • 2Coordinate building services, including maintenance requests and repairs, while scheduling external vendors for a safe office.
  • 3Organize workspace usage by assigning desks and supporting office moves as business needs shift.
  • 4Prepare work areas for new hires, arranging desks, equipment, and access to ensure a smooth onboarding.
  • 5Track and replenish office inventory, including supplies and kitchen stock, so teams have what they need.
  • 6Apply workplace guidelines to promote compliance and safety across the office.
  • 7Support meetings and events by coordinating room setup, materials, and schedules.
  • 8Assist with schedule coordination and follow-up to resolve service requests promptly.

Requirements8

  • 12+ years in office, workplace, or facilities administration.
  • 2Strong ability to coordinate schedules and prioritize multiple service needs.
  • 3Comfortable answering inbound calls and serving as first point of contact.
  • 4Demonstrated organizational skills for tracking inventory and following through.
  • 5Ability to work independently while owning day-to-day coordination.
  • 6Clear communication and a customer-focused approach.
