Outbound Lead, Warehouse Operations & Data
Overview
2 years of warehouse leadership experience and a data mindset will drive daily outbound operations for a global logistics partner at scale. You will own shipping deadlines, accuracy, and process improvements across the outbound workflow. Collaborate with supervisors, coordinators, and cross functional teams to meet service levels and operational targets. This role is onsite in McDonough, GA and offers growth, weekly pay, and benefits.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead outbound teams to meet shipping deadlines and accuracy targets
- 2Navigate multiple Excel sheets to track orders, shipments and productivity
- 3Identify process issues and implement improvements to outbound workflows
- 4Communicate assertively with associates on performance expectations
- 5Conduct spot checks to ensure order accuracy and staging compliance
- 6Coach and develop team members to drive performance in a fast paced environment
- 7Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and inventory teams to optimize throughput
- 8Monitor KPIs and prepare operational updates for leadership
- 9Support shift coverage and attendance management as needed
- 10Drive safety and compliance in outbound operations
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 22 years of warehouse or shipping experience with team lead responsibilities
- 3Proficient in Excel and warehouse systems
- 4Strong communication and problem solving skills
- 5Ability to lead by example in a fast paced environment
- 6Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
