Overview
Own and oversee warehouse operations at scale in a fast paced distribution center. Manage daily workflows, lead a team, and drive safety and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with leadership to meet KPI targets and ensure accurate fulfillment. This role stands out with hands on leadership, continuous improvement focus, and strong safety culture.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead daily warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement for efficiency and safety
- 2Allocate resources, assign daily duties, and optimize shift logistics to meet KPIs
- 3Inspire team members using effective leadership styles to improve performance
- 4Provide orientation and tools to new hires and ensure proper training
- 5Handle warehouse paperwork and reporting including daily KPI and action plans to improve service levels
- 6Operate in a fast paced environment while maintaining compliance and safety standards
- 7Support health and safety initiatives and use RF scanners for accurate inventory
- 8Review and submit daily reports and implement corrective actions
- 9Perform duties such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting
- 10Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory control
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred
- 3One year or more experience as Team Lead preferred
- 4One year or more Microsoft Office experience preferred
- 5One year or more warehouse experience preferred
- 6Knowledge and/or experience with RF scanner advanced required
- 7Valid forklift operator license certified
- 8Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 9Effective leadership skills in a dynamic environment
- 10Ability to work independently and as part of a team
