Outbound Coordinator, Warehouse & Logistics Operations
Overview
Owns scheduling and execution of outbound warehouse activities at a Phoenix DC with scale across receiving, stocking, and shipping. Coordinates orders, maintains timely transfer of parts, and ensures accurate reporting and metrics. Supports Epicor-integrated processes and leverages Microsoft tools to maintain efficiency. This role stands out by blending warehouse operations with proactive order expediting and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build daily pick ticket assignment and monitor fulfillment progress
- 2Design and implement plan for assembly orders and transfers via geographic fulfillment
- 3Drive prioritization of past due orders and expedite inventory where possible
- 4Ship and process group orders while tracking missed shipments and timelines
- 5Lead and monitor metrics and reporting to improve on-time delivery and operational efficiency
- 6Own status checks on past due orders and late transfer/purchase orders
- 7Coordinate communication through emails and ensure clear documentation
- 8Schedule, plan, and monitor assembly orders to meet production deadlines
- 9Run performance metrics and reporting to support continuous improvement
- 10Follow established policies and procedures and perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 1minimum 3 years experience in a warehouse distribution or manufacturing setting
- 2experience with Epicor is a plus
- 3working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word Outlook)
- 4ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
- 5team player who can lead, problem solve and meet team goals
- 6forklift certified or ability to become certified
- 7high school diploma or equivalent
- 8strong organizational and detail orientation
- 9ability to work under pressure and multi-task efficiently
- 10proactive in follow ups and ability to adhere to timelines
