What You'll Do8
- 1Serve as the main customer contact for order status, shipping updates, and issue resolution.
- 2Coordinate logistics with carriers to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.
- 3Prepare shipping documentation including packing slips, bills of lading, shipping labels, and international paperwork.
- 4Perform warehouse duties such as receiving, cycle counts, packing, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
- 5Complete computer-based data entry for shipping, inventory, planning, and KPI tracking.
- 6Support order quality control to guarantee accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- 7Participate in 5S initiatives, kaizen events, and continuous improvement activities.
- 8Work with warehouse leadership to meet daily operational goals.
Requirements6
- 13+ years of warehouse operations experience, with 1+ year in a lead or coordinator role.
- 2Previous experience in customer-facing roles, shipping, and transportation coordination.
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn warehouse POS and inventory systems quickly.
- 4Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and multitasking in a warehouse setting.
- 5Lean, continuous improvement, or kaizen experience preferred.
- 6Ability to work hands-on in a warehouse while managing administrative duties.
