Outbound Inventory Associate, Pharmacy Tech & Warehouse Operations
Overview
Own outbound order fulfillment at scale, ensuring accuracy and timely shipments for expired pharmaceutical products. You’ll work with warehouse and shipping teams to process outbound orders and maintain inventory integrity in a compliant, safety-driven environment. This role blends hands-on picking, packing, and carrier coordination to support efficient warehouse operations and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do6
- 1Build reliable outbound processes by following daily picklists and locating inventory
- 2Pack products securely and generate packing slips to ensure complete outbound shipments
- 3Scan items to verify information and maintain order accuracy
- 4Transfer completed packages to shipping queues and coordinate carrier processing
- 5Maintain organized outbound area and uphold safety and operational guidelines
- 6Communicate discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues to supervisors promptly
Requirements6
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 2Inventory experience preferred
- 3Working knowledge of computers
- 4Ability to work under pressure and meet production goals
- 5Ability to assist other operations within the warehouse as needed
- 6Ability to meet production and quality goals and follow standard operating and safety procedures
