Overview
Own the packaging and shipment of patient-specific prescriptions at Strive Pharmacy with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Shipments include cold, meltable, and room-temperature orders for a regulated healthcare environment. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and adherence to SOPs. What You'll Do8
- 1Build and package patient-specific orders across cold, meltable, and room-temperature shipments according to SOPs
- 2Communicate order changes and special requirements with internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment
- 3Monitor shipping supply levels and report shortages to leadership
- 4Maintain a clean, compliant shipping and assembly workspace
- 5Support regulatory compliance and quality standards in daily shipping operations
- 6Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- 7Safely handle materials and prescription orders in a hands-on warehouse environment
- 8Contribute to continuous improvement of packing workflows to reduce errors
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Previous experience in pharmacy, healthcare, shipping, or regulated environment preferred
- 3Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately
- 4Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- 5Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
