Shipping Technician, Pharmacy Operations
Overview
You will own the accurate packing and distribution of medications for InnovAge, ensuring every order ships correctly and on time. You will manage stock counts, verify incoming supplies, and coordinate with pharmacy technicians. You will work onsite in Denver, contributing to a team focused on patient care. This role offers the chance to earn PTCB National Certification while developing your pharmacy logistics skills.
What You'll Do7
- 1Order and count stock of shipping supplies to maintain inventory levels.
- 2Pack each order accurately according to standard procedures.
- 3Ship orders to the correct address and ensure timely arrival.
- 4Receive and store incoming supplies, verifying quantities against invoices.
- 5Inform supervisors of stock needs or shortages and assist with inventory.
- 6Prepare and stage pharmaceutical supplies and drugs for delivery.
- 7Support pharmacy technicians with inventory receipt and management.
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent experience; Associate's degree preferred.
- 2Prior experience in shipping, pharmacy experience preferred.
- 3PTCB National Certification preferred.
- 4Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- 5Excellent typing and data entry accuracy.
- 6Strong computer skills to navigate pharmacy software.
- 7Ability to compile, code, categorize, calculate, and verify data.
- 8Can count, measure, and weigh Rx components.
- 9Strong listening, reading comprehension, and mathematical skills.
- 10Ability to stand or walk for most of the shift and lift up to 30 pounds.
