Pharmacy Shipping Associate, Large-Scale Fertility Pharmacy & Onsite 2nd Shift
Overview
In Cedar Knolls, NJ, Schraft's 2.0 is seeking a Pharmacy Shipping Associate to own packing and shipping of medications for patients on a fast-paced, detail-driven team. You will work on-site, on the second shift, with a monthly Saturday rotation, reporting to the Pharmacy Operations Manager. You’ll contribute to accurate, timely deliveries while maintaining PHI privacy and a patient-first mindset.
What You'll Do11
- 1Review orders to confirm medications, supplies, and quantities align with the dispensing workflow
- 2Verify patient and shipping information to support accurate delivery
- 3Identify discrepancies and escalate before shipment
- 4Package diverse medication types including injectables, oral, topical, and compounded products
- 5Select packing methods that meet safety and quality standards
- 6Process appropriate delivery methods for outgoing shipments
- 7Prepare and affix shipping labels and track invoices for carriers
- 8Provide customer service to patients and medical professionals as needed
- 9Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory
- 10Maintain clean, organized workstations and storage areas
- 11Assist with distributing supply orders and maintaining filing systems
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Experience in shipping, fulfillment, logistics, pharmacy, or related field; specialty pharmacy preferred
- 3Active New Jersey pharmacy technician registration or eligibility to obtain on hire
- 4Availability for second shift 11:30 am to 8 pm and monthly Saturday 9 am to 3 pm
- 5Motivated self-starter with willingness to learn and grow in pharmacy
- 6Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- 7Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 8Ability to recognize discrepancies, ask questions, and escalate concerns
- 9Ability to handle PHI with discretion
- 10Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
