Warehouse Operations Coordinator, Production & Logistics
Overview
Own and coordinate the daily plan for a fast-paced warehouse and production operation at Highway 85 Productions in Phoenix. You will manage schedules, project readiness, inbound and outbound shipments, rentals, staging, and cross-department communication. This role acts as the control tower, partnering with warehouse leads who execute while you plan. What makes this role different is the close collaboration across Production, Graphics, AV, Purchasing, Logistics, and Project Management to keep plans moving.
What You'll Do13
- 1Build daily warehouse schedule and workflow with cross-department input
- 2Maintain the planning calendar and daily priority list to avoid delays
- 3Review project and warehouse requests for completeness and readiness
- 4Coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments including pickups and returns
- 5Schedule rental pulls, project staging, packing, and loading activities
- 6Track projects through Ready / In Progress / Waiting / Blocked / Complete
- 7Communicate daily priorities and schedule changes to warehouse leads
- 8Coordinate with Project Management, Account Directors, Production, Graphics, AV, Purchasing, and Logistics
- 9Receive drivers, vendors, deliveries, and warehouse visitors
- 10Maintain accurate warehouse logs, schedules, paperwork, and documentation
- 11Monitor warehouse workflow and escalate delays or missing information
- 12Track warehouse KPIs including loading times and scheduling performance
- 13Keep everyone aligned on the same plan
