What You'll Do6
- 1Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and cooking equipment service offerings.
- 2Own branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to meet gross margin and overhead targets.
- 3Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements using dashboards and best practices to maximize profitability.
- 4Manage daily service ticket reviews, hold board statuses, and dispatch best practices to ensure adherence to the TWC Way.
- 5Foster a culture of safety by coaching technicians, enforcing compliance, and documenting safety evaluations in company systems.
- 6Monitor key performance indicators to ensure consistent performance across all branch locations.
Requirements5
- 15-7 years of service operations leadership experience.
- 2Bachelor's Degree or completion of a Technical Training Program.
- 3Proven track record in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- 4Experience with service dispatch and workflow optimization in a HVAC or commercial service environment.
- 5Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for performance tracking.
