What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and coach HVAC service technicians, providing technical and sales training to boost performance.
- 2Manage daily service operations, including scheduling and workflow, to maximize technician productivity and minimize callbacks.
- 3Track and analyze KPIs such as revenue, average ticket, and maintenance agreements, adjusting strategies to meet targets.
- 4Conduct ride-alongs with technicians to assess skills, offer feedback, and ensure quality service delivery.
- 5Resolve escalated customer concerns and support technicians with complex diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- 6Recruit, onboard, and develop top HVAC talent to build a strong service team.
- 7Enforce EPA, safety, and company standards across all service activities.
- 8Partner with dispatch, installation, and customer service teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- 9Drive service department growth through accountability, coaching, and operational excellence.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- 2Previous HVAC leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- 3EPA Certification required.
- 4Strong HVAC diagnostic and technical knowledge.
- 5Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- 6Experience managing service KPIs and technician performance.
- 7ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience preferred.
- 8Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
