What You'll Do8
- 1Perform residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections on HVAC systems.
- 2Diagnose system issues and recommend solutions that fit customer needs.
- 3Complete service calls to company standards, ensuring safety and precision.
- 4Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members on every job.
- 5Document invoices and job details with 100% accuracy.
- 6Close out jobs immediately after completion, keeping the vehicle clean and organized.
- 7Use ServiceTitan to manage work orders and service history.
- 8Participate in ongoing paid training to sharpen HVAC skills.
Requirements7
- 12+ years of HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
- 2Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- 3Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- 4Basic HVAC tools in possession.
- 5EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II required, Universal preferred).
- 6NATE Certifications preferred but not required.
- 7Experience using ServiceTitan preferred.
