What You'll Do8
- 1Coach technicians on diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems, improving first-visit fix rates.
- 2Train technicians to present honest repair and replacement options, boosting call conversion and average ticket by 15% in 90 days.
- 3Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and department goals to drive service revenue and profitability.
- 4Resolve escalated customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction scores through clear communication and follow-through.
- 5Identify skill gaps and deliver hands-on training using our first-class facility and real-world scenarios.
- 6Ensure technicians have the tools, parts, and trucks they need to be productive daily.
- 7Hold the team accountable to safety standards, company policies, and performance expectations.
- 8Collaborate with leadership to set strategies that grow the department and company.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic skills.
- 2Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a service environment.
- 3EPA Certification required.
- 4Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, local codes, and industry standards.
- 5Valid driver's license and clean DMV record.
- 6Proven ability to coach technicians on HVAC service sales and presenting options.
- 7Experience tracking performance metrics, revenue goals, or department profitability.
- 8Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead without ego.
