Overview
You will own the HVAC department for a stable plumbing and mechanical services company in Phoenix, AZ, driving both technical excellence and business growth. What You'll Do6
- 1Run daily HVAC operations for commercial and residential accounts, from scheduling to completion
- 2Lead a team of technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards
- 3Generate and follow up on sales leads to maintain a steady pipeline of business
- 4Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including installation and maintenance, while supervising junior techs
- 5Enforce quality control and code compliance on all installations and repairs
- 6Build strong client relationships by representing the company professionally on every call
Requirements7
- 15+ years of hands-on experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems
- 2Proven ability to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including electrical and refrigeration components
- 3Leadership or supervisory experience in a trade environment
- 4Sales experience or a track record of driving business development
- 5Strong organizational skills for scheduling and project coordination
- 6Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 7Arizona HVAC license preferred, but not required
