You will own commercial HVAC service across Phoenix, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and air handlers for healthcare, education, and manufacturing clients. What You'll Do9
- 1Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, air handlers, pumps, and boilers.
- 2Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, adjusting and testing to optimize performance and efficiency.
- 3Respond to service calls, identifying root causes of failures and recommending effective repair solutions.
- 4Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical schematics to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
- 5Document service activities, equipment conditions, and repair recommendations in service records.
- 6Communicate with customers and facility managers about system issues and repair options.
- 7Maintain service vehicle inventory, tools, and parts to ensure readiness for service calls.
- 8Support emergency service calls and after-hours work when required.
- 9Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- 2Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for commercial HVAC equipment.
- 3Experience servicing rooftop units, air handlers, chillers, boilers, and VAV systems.
- 4Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls.
- 5Chiller and boiler service experience preferred.
- 6OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- 7Ability to work independently in a fast-paced service environment.
