What You'll Do11
- 1Troubleshoot service and repair residential HVAC equipment and assist light commercial calls
- 2Perform cleanings and adjustments on air handlers ducting supply return vents and condensate systems
- 3Handle preventative maintenance and emergency calls while following safety standards
- 4Complete inspections tune ups and component upgrades documenting all actions
- 5Offer professional recommendations that improve performance reliability and efficiency
- 6Maintain truck tools and job sites orderly
- 7Drive to and from job sites
- 8Work indoors outdoors tolerating extreme temperatures and inclement weather
- 9Climb crawl kneel and work in confined spaces performing precision tasks
- 10Communicate clearly both in person and by phone regarding physical realities of the job
- 11Collaborate with a supportive team valuing balance and growth
Requirements11
- 12+ years HVAC service residential preferred
- 2EPA certification
- 3Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- 4Active TDLR credential
- 5Strong troubleshooting critical thinking and customer communication skills
- 6Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly up to 100 lbs
- 7Experience climbing crawling kneeling working in attics crawlspaces operating hand tools and performing precision tasks
