What You'll Do6
- 1Direct mentor and support a team of 10–15 commercial service technicians to ensure operational excellence
- 2Coordinate technician scheduling and daily dispatching to optimize response times and service call completion
- 3Manage resource allocation across ongoing projects in close collaboration with office operations staff
- 4Drive technician recruitment interviewing onboarding and retention to support ongoing team growth
- 5Provide ongoing technical coaching and training programs to elevate team capability and career advancement
- 6Monitor key performance metrics service quality and productivity to maintain top-tier customer satisfaction
Requirements8
- 14 to 8 years of service management or equivalent operational leadership experience in the trade
- 2Hands-on technical background servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- 3Active EPA Certification
- 4Proven track record of recruiting training and retaining skilled field technicians
- 5Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and commercial service management software platforms
- 7Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial cooking equipment
- 8Advanced leadership background overseeing field logistics in a fast-paced environment
