Field Operations Manager, HVAC & Branch Operations
Overview
You will lead field operations across the South Region, owning safety, quality, and profitability for customer-facing associates and branch functions. Your role spans inventory optimization, vendor partnerships, and pricing strategy, supported by a team of General Managers and Branch Managers. You'll drive process improvements using WMS and Microsoft O365, collaborating with pricing and vendors to meet company targets. What You'll Do8
- 1Champion the development and implementation of organizational management protocols, practices, and tools across the South Region.
- 2Partner with General Managers, Branch Managers, and Area Sales Managers to drive inventory optimization and support profitability in the HVAC business.
- 3Collaborate with vendors to align on strategies that support profitability goals, including timely delivery of inventory.
- 4Work with the pricing team to implement and sustain initiatives that enhance overall profitability.
- 5Drive safety, quality, and profitability to meet or exceed company objectives.
- 6Ensure warehouse operations run with efficiency and success, leveraging WMS and O365 tools.
- 7Adapt and change processes to align with evolving business requirements.
- 8Respond to urgent situations with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Requirements9
- 15+ years of management and leadership experience, with inventory or operational responsibilities.
- 2HVAC industry experience preferred.
- 3Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience recommended.
- 4Bachelor's Degree preferred, equivalent experience considered.
- 5Process-oriented with good judgment and decision-making abilities.
- 6Outstanding organizational and leadership skills to handle urgent situations.
- 7Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team.
- 8Confirmed understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations.
- 9Strong technical skills in Microsoft O365 applications.
