What You'll Do8
- 1Build and manage project schedules for maintenance and service work, coordinating with technicians and clients to meet deadlines.
- 2Direct cost control, billing, and collections for assigned projects, maintaining positive cash flow and profitability.
- 3Review contractual scope of work and financial reports, identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
- 4Create cost estimates and support sales proposals, partnering with the sales team on negotiations.
- 5Ensure all work complies with state, local, and federal regulations, and uphold company safety standards.
- 6Drive team performance by setting clear expectations, providing training, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- 7Manage financial risks by analyzing project performance and implementing corrective actions.
- 8Coordinate with Denver headquarters for resource allocation and process alignment.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of service management experience in facilities, HVAC, or energy/sustainability services.
- 2Associate's degree with a technical focus preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3Experience with business-to-business sales preferred.
- 4Knowledge of the Phoenix regional business environment.
- 5Strong logistics, communication, and management skills.
- 6Professional image and client-facing presence.
- 718+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- 8Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
