Nurse Manager RN, Senior Living & Assisted Living
Overview
The Nurse Manager RN will lead nursing operations for a Lifespark Senior Living Community with 140 units offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. They will oversee daily clinical operations, charting, medications, and treatments while ensuring high-quality resident care at scale. This role collaborates with the Executive Director and Director of Health Services to build relationships with residents, families, and care providers. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and monitor rounds to assess quality and appropriateness of care, adjusting plans as needed
- 2Design and ensure adherence to the staffing plan and nursing schedule that meets resident needs
- 3Lead coordination of charting, documentation of care, medications, and treatments
- 4Partner with leadership to enhance relationships with families, prospects, and care providers
- 5Drive daily clinical operations to achieve high standards of resident care
- 6Scale nursing workflows to support 140-unit community and multi-service lines
- 7Own compliance with regulatory requirements and quality metrics
- 8Mentor and supervise nursing staff to foster a positive care environment
- 9Collaborate on process improvements to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements5
- 1Graduate of an accredited nursing program and valid RN licensure in Minnesota
- 2Minimum of two years’ management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care
- 3Experience in restorative or geriatric nursing preferred
- 4Ability to relate professionally with residents, families, and employees
- 5Advanced computer skills for documentation and scheduling

$75 - $85k per year
