Overview
RN director role guiding a clinical team in a Lifespark Senior Living Community Scale: oversees nursing care and daily operations for residents across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. Work closely with the Executive Director to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident outcomes. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead and coordinate nursing staff to deliver care that meets or exceeds regulatory and company standards
- 2Perform rounds to monitor quality and appropriateness of nursing services and document observations
- 3Maintain administrative authority for charting, medications, and treatments
- 4Assist with hiring, orientation, and ongoing training of nursing staff to maintain qualified team
- 5Develop and implement staffing plans and schedules aligned with resident needs
- 6Collaborate with leadership to build relationships with families, residents, and external care providers
- 7Evaluate residents to determine appropriate levels of care and resource allocation
- 8Manage clinical aspects of state and federal survey processes
Requirements5
- 1Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with valid RN licensure
- 2Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care preferred
- 3Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred
- 4Ability to relate professionally and cooperatively with residents, families, and employees
- 5Advanced computer skills
