Overview
Lead nursing operations for a Lifespark Senior Living Community serving Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care residents in Elk River MN. Own daily clinical direction, staffing plans, and quality of care across the campus with a focus on resident satisfaction and safety. Collaborate with the Executive Director and Health Services Director to foster relationships with families, care providers, and internal teams. This role combines hands on leadership with administrative responsibilities to ensure compliant, compassionate resident care.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and monitor rounds to ensure the highest quality nursing care and appropriate treatments
- 2Maintain administrative authority for charting, documentation, medications, and treatments
- 3Assist in developing and implementing staffing plans and nursing schedules aligned to resident needs
- 4Collaborate with leadership to strengthen relationships with families, prospects, and care providers
- 5Lead daily clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance across all units
- 6Drive quality improvement initiatives and resident safety programs
- 7Oversee staffing, performance, and mentorship of nursing team to support Age Magnificently
- 8Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless care delivery
- 9Manage incident reporting and corrective action processes as needed
Requirements5
- 1Graduate of an accredited nursing program and valid RN license
- 2A minimum of two years’ management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care preferred
- 3Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred
- 4Strong computer skills and ability to work with electronic health records
- 5Ability to relate professionally and cooperatively with residents, families, and employees
Salary Insight
$75 - $85k per year
