Overview
Registered Nurse leadership role guiding nursing care across Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care within a Lifespark Senior Living Community. Owns clinical operations, staffing, and quality monitoring at Cardigan Ridge in Little Canada, MN with a resident-centered mission to Age Magnificently. Collaborates with the Executive Director and Health Services to enhance relationships with families and care partners. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning to elevate resident outcomes.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and coordinate patient care to ensure high-quality nursing services and safety outcomes.
- 2Schedule and conduct rounds to assess care plans, medications, and treatments.
- 3Maintain charting and documentation accuracy for all residents and services.
- 4Develop and implement staffing plans and schedules aligned to resident needs.
- 5Collaborate with Executive Director and Director of Health Services to engage families, residents, and providers.
- 6Monitor and improve care quality metrics and regulatory compliance.
- 7Guide the nursing team in restorative and geriatric care best practices.
- 8Oversee daily operations and support a positive, collaborative work environment.
- 9Participate in budget planning and resource management to support care delivery.
- 10Support professional development and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
Requirements10
- 1Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Minnesota
- 2Minimum of two years’ management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care
- 3Experience in restorative or geriatric nursing preferred
- 4Strong interpersonal skills to relate professionally with residents, families, and staff
- 5Advanced computer skills for documentation, scheduling, and reporting
- 6Ability to coordinate nursing services across multiple care levels
