Overview
RN leadership role guiding clinical operations and nursing care across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. Own daily clinical operations for a 77-unit senior living community with a focus on quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the Executive Director and Health Services Director to build relationships with families, care providers, and internal teams. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead nursing staff to deliver high quality resident care that meets regulatory standards
- 2Schedule and perform rounds to monitor the quality and appropriateness of nursing care and documentation
- 3Maintain administrative authority for charting, medications, and treatments
- 4Oversee orientation and training to retain qualified staff for nursing and assisted living programs
- 5Develop and implement the staffing plan and nursing schedule aligned with resident needs
- 6Collaborate with Executive Director and Director of Health Services to strengthen relationships with families and care teams
- 7Evaluate current and potential residents to determine appropriate level of care
- 8Support daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements5
- 1Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with valid state RN licensure
- 2Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care
- 3Experience with restorative or geriatric nursing preferred
- 4Strong professional communication with residents, families, and staff
- 5Advanced computer skills and proficient charting/documentation abilities
