Overview
Lead clinical operations for a Lifespark Senior Living Community serving residents in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. Own the direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care across a 123-unit campus in Vadnais Heights. Collaborate with the Executive Director to support residents, families, and care providers across internal and external relationships. Drive quality care outcomes and regulatory readiness while mentoring a team of nurses and aides.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and oversee nursing staff to deliver high quality care that meets regulatory standards
- 2Design and execute rounds to monitor care quality and appropriateness
- 3Maintain administrative authority for charting, medications, and treatments
- 4Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff and oversee orientation and training
- 5Develop and implement staffing plans and nursing schedules aligned to resident needs
- 6Collaborate with leadership to strengthen relationships with families, prospects, and care providers
- 7Evaluate residents to determine appropriate level of care and service mix
- 8Manage clinical aspects of state or federal surveys and compliance
- 9Lead process improvements to enhance resident safety and satisfaction
- 10Partner with leadership to ensure smooth daily clinical operations and nurse leadership presence
Requirements5
- 1Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN licensure
- 2Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care
- 3Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred
- 4Ability to relate professionally and cooperatively with residents, families, and staff
- 5Advanced computer skills and proficiency with electronic charting and medication administration

$85 - $115k per year
