Overview
Lead the overall operations of a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Shakopee, MN with a focus on resident care excellence and business objectives. Manage a multi-department team, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive occupancy and revenue growth. Collaborate with governance bodies, regulators, residents, families, and community partners to deliver compassionate, high-quality services. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and oversee a business plan for facility operations focusing on patient care quality and financial performance
- 2Lead department leadership and managers to execute policies, coach performance, and drive results
- 3Monitor nursing care delivery, support departments, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction through regular rounds
- 4Develop an empowering environment that enables problem solving and creative thinking within the management team
- 5Ensure effective utilization of consultants and resources, train staff, and maintain strong interdepartmental teamwork
- 6Oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance of building and equipment and address hazards promptly
- 7Lead customer service initiatives and align with survey feedback to improve resident experience
- 8Manage human resources to maintain high morale and retention, ensure regulatory compliance, and timely issue resolution
- 9Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize census, payer mix, and ancillary revenues
- 10Cultivate positive relationships with regulators, residents, families, providers, and the community
Requirements10
- 1Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) in MN or Administrator of record with CBRF, WI as required
- 2Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in MN or WI as required
- 3Bachelor’s degree in health administration, gerontology, business, marketing or related field (preferred)
- 4Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care
- 5Proficient computer and email skills, ability to maintain regular attendance, and meet health requirements
- 6Ability to pass post-employment physical exam, drug screening, background check, and reference inquiries
- 7Strong professional, positive relationship-building skills with residents, families, and staff
- 8Experience in marketing, sales, or advertising preferred
- 9Willingness to lead and shape operations under Lifespark policies and safety/disaster plans
- 10Ability to align facility operations with government regulations, company policy, and safety standards
Salary Insight
$75 - $95k per year
