Executive Director, Senior Living Operations & Growth
Overview
Licensed Assisted Living Director leads elk river senior living operations at Lifespark Senior Living Community overseeing care quality, regulatory compliance, and business objectives. The role directs facility-wide operations, collaborates with residents, families, and regulators, and drives census growth through strategic marketing and exceptional care. You will mentor the management team, maintain high staff morale, and ensure financial discipline while delivering Age Magnificently experiences.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build the operations plan for all departments to deliver excellent resident care and achieve business objectives.
- 2Lead rounds to assess nursing care delivery, facility cleanliness, staff morale, and resident satisfaction, adjusting operations as needed.
- 3Develop an empowerment oriented management team through coaching, performance feedback, and succession planning.
- 4Oversee human resources to ensure lawful compliance, strong morale, and retention through effective communication and proactive problem resolution.
- 5Foster external relationships with regulators, healthcare providers, physicians, families, and community partners.
- 6Manage facility budgets including labor costs, payables, receivables, and financial controls.
- 7Design and execute a marketing strategy that grows census, optimizes payer mix, and expands revenue opportunities.
- 8Monitor and improve resident care delivery, memory care programs, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- 9Ensure a safe, welcoming environment that reflects the Lifespark standard of care and community presence.
Requirements5
- 1Licensed as Assisted Living Director in the operating state
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Gerontology, Business, or related field
- 3Experience in marketing, sales, and/or advertising
- 4Passion and experience in working with memory care
- 5Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care
