Lead Assistant Director of Nursing, Providence Place & Lifespark Skilled Nursing

Own the clinical operations and nursing leadership for a Lifespark community serving Transitional Care, Long-Term, and Memory Care residents in Minneapolis. You will guide daily nursing operations, staffing, and quality assurance to meet regulatory standards and enhance resident outcomes. What You'll Do8
- 1Direct and coordinate nursing care and services to ensure high-quality resident outcomes
- 2Oversee rounds to assess quality and appropriateness of care and ensure regulatory compliance
- 3Maintain documentation practices for care, medications, and treatments
- 4Lead orientation, training, and retention efforts for nursing and assisted living staff
- 5Develop and implement staffing plans and nursing schedules aligned with resident needs
- 6Collaborate with Executive Director and Director of Health Services to build relationships with families, care providers, and external stakeholders
- 7Evaluate residents to determine facility’s capacity to provide appropriate level of care
- 8Monitor and improve clinical operations to meet company standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements10
- 1Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with valid RN license
- 2Minimum of two years’ management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care
- 3Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred
- 4Ability to relate professionally and cooperatively with residents, families, and staff
- 5Advanced computer skills
- 6Must be able to perform required rounds and charting duties
- 7Strong communication and leadership capabilities
