What You'll Do8
- 1Build resident-centered service plans that honor autonomy and dignity.
- 2Assess residents' health and psychosocial needs, adjusting care to maximize independence.
- 3Own the medication program, from ordering to administration to audits.
- 4Lead hiring, training, and performance management for nursing and care staff.
- 5Coach the clinical team on best practices and state regulations.
- 6Communicate with families about health changes and care plans.
- 7Maintain licensing, policies, and resident records.
- 8Partner with marketing to represent the community to external agencies.
Requirements8
- 1LVN/LPN or RN license in good standing.
- 24+ years in geriatric nursing, including medication administration and delivery.
- 32+ years supervising staff, with budget and scheduling experience.
- 4Current state certifications: First Aid and CPR.
- 5Experience in Memory Care is preferred.
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- 7Flexible schedule with on-call availability.
- 8Meet state health requirements.
