What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with Director of Health and Wellness to manage resident wellness initiatives
- 2Create and post timely schedules for personal care staff
- 3Fill call offs and address staff vacancy needs
- 4Ensure regulatory compliance for clinical care practices
- 5Analyze resident health needs through service plans
- 6Partner with cross-functional teams to adjust care levels
- 7Maintain confidential resident records and medication administration
- 8Promote resident independence and dignity through empathetic care
- 9Conduct immediate response to incidents and unsafe conditions
- 10Develop and update service plans based on resident assessments
- 11Participate in shift reporting and continuous improvement processes
Requirements5
- 1Current state license as LPN or RN
- 2Experience in assisted living or long term care settings
- 3Minimum 5 years nursing experience
- 4One year nursing management experience preferred
- 5Proven ability to lead healthcare teams effectively
