What You'll Do8

• 1Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high quality resident care across all departments including assisted living home health hospice and acute care settings
• 2Develop review and update individualized care plans for residents in accordance with medical records and documentation review standards
• 3Oversee management of medical records using Electronic Health Record systems and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• 4Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement resident specific care strategies that promote health and safety
• 5Monitor shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels while maintaining regulatory compliance with Medicare and other funding sources
• 6Conduct regular audits of medical documentation review MDS assessments and ensure accurate coding for reimbursement purposes
• 7Provide leadership in nursing administration by managing budgets staffing schedules and training programs to foster professional growth
• 8Ensure all nursing practices adhere to medical terminology standards physiology knowledge anatomy principles and safety protocols
